Wayfinding signage needs to be attractive in terms of both physical structure and with an attractive and easy to read and understand design.  As each city and town centre differs in character  off the shelf solutions are inappropriate for wayfinding sign structures.  The versatility of products offered by Sirocco means we can custom design wayfind signage in steel, aluminium, oak or softwood.  Wayfinding sign structures can vart for simple lecterns to large 3 dimensional shapes with both options requiring the need for both permanent and changeable graphics.

Notice boards and display cases can be an important feature of wayfinding sign projects. These notice boards can be stand alone items or supplied as an integral part of permanent wayfinding structures.  Notice boards can be produced in aluminium, oak or softwood and are normally hinged, lockable and glazed with shatterproof polycarbonate.  Most notice boards are supplied with pinboard backers and they can also be supplied as open items without a hinged door.
Finger posts with directional arms are also a key part of town centre wayfinding projects.  These can be produced as very simple products or as a more elaborate cast style of sign.

The graphic design and site survey component of a sign wayfinding project is also key.  It is important the designer has the ability to produce clear and distinctive maps  that users can easily follow and understand.  Maps should also be designed in such a way that they can be easily updated and changed – the common feature of all wayfinding signs is that the town or city centre is continually evolving and signage must be designed to reflect this in an economical and timely manner
