Welcome to Sirocco Signs.  We are a leading supplier of signs for the environment, public spaces, nature reserves and parks.  We work with a wide variety of materials including timber, stone, GRP and increasingly recycled plastic.  Recycled plastic signs and frames are not suited to all applications but carefully chosen materials in suitable locations they offer a great alternative to the more conventional sign materials.

Sirocco use recycled plastic for routed graphics.  The recycled planks are soft and therefore ideal for CNC routing. The text is painted and infilled in agreed colours and both this paint and the main recycled plastic both weather and age well – there is non of the weathering associated with standard timber signs.

Waymarker posts and finger posts both work well with recycled plastic.  As a waymarker post images can be routed into the plastic while as finger posts both the finger and post can be routed.  The recycled plastic sign material allows a secure fixing between the finger and the post which has an interesting texture and, unlike steel or metal, has no scrap value.

Recycled plastic is not suitable for the printing and encapsulation of full colour signs and interpretive panels but it is an ideal material for framing interpretation boards.  At Sirocco we produce both lectern frames and vertical post mounted structures in recycled plastic and use structures and profiles that are similar to our timber products.
